Double Protein Tuna & Egg Salad Recipe

Alright, one of the things you will find out when it comes to weight loss and building muscle is to incorporate a large amount of protein in your foods everyday. Protein not only helps you build more muscle, but it also accelerates weight loss as it’s much harder for your body to process protein, thus burning more energy in the process.

This is one of the easiest and quickest salads that is packed with lots protein and healthy fats.


  • 4 eggs (hard boiled)
  • 275 gram (1 Can) Tuna in spring water
  • 1 long green pepper, chopped roughly
  • 2 leaves of Kale, chopped roughly
  • 1 fresh tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 avocado, chopped roughly
  • 1/2 cucumber, chopped roughly
  • Handful of baby spinach


  • 1 tbspn extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 freshly squeezed lemon
  • 1 tbspn ground black pepper corns
  • Pink Himalayan salt to taste


  1. Cut the boiled eggs in little squares
  2. Open the can of tuna and drain all the water out
  3. Put all the chopped Veges in a bowl with the eggs and tuna
  4. Add the entire dressing and give it a good stir.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
