Wake Up Early

Good morning is a peaceful one!

If you’re a busy mum, for example, then it would be a great idea to set your alarm an hour or two before your kids’ wake up time to set your intentions for the day ahead, have a cup of coffee, do your skincare routine - do everything you’ve always wanted to without interruptions and hurry.

When you wake up before sunrise, you can’t help, but feel like you are already ahead of your day - you have a chance to start your day on your own terms rather than playing catch up.

Tips to help wake up early:

  1. Make a firm promise to yourself to wake up and start your day early.
  2. Set an alarm and don’t hit the snooze button, no matter what.
  3. Sleep early.
  4. Gradually adjust to your new wake up time by waking up every single day 10 minutes earlier than the previous one until you reach your desired wake up time, then stick to it. 

Start your Day with Gratitude.


Gratitude is a straight path to happiness and bliss.

In order for us to feel happy, we need to program our mind to think positive and uplifting thoughts and the best way to do that is to practice gratitude.

  • Pray
  • Count your blessings
  • Have a Gratitude Journal and write entries every single morning
  • Meditate
  • Look at your sleeping family members and let your heart fill up with gratitude for how much love, joy and happiness they bring into your life. 

Take a moment, be present, let go of worry, feel the gratitude in your heart and soul!

Practicing gratitude daily will charge you up with positivity and give you a much-needed energy boost first thing in the morning.

Move your Body

Do something active every single morning. Go for a walk, a swim, get that work out in at the gym or in the comfort of your own home - even 30 mins can make a huge difference in your day!

If you go for a walk, you start your day with fresh air, clear mind and better mood.

If you get your workout in, you start your day with higher energy, lower stress levels and an undeniable feeling of accomplishment.

If you do your workout outdoors, you get the best of both worlds.


Have a Nutritious Breakfast

Having a healthy, nutritious and, most importantly, yummy breakfast is a cherry on top of your morning routine. 

A healthy plate of food full of colour will give you good quality energy. By this point you’re as energetic as you can be, bursting with happy hormones, grateful to be alive and enjoying this brand new day to the fullest.
