Unfortunately we are not able to make any changes to your order once you have placed the order and made the payment, this includes the following:

  • Changing the item, size or colour
  • Delivery/billing address
  • Adding items to your order
  • Shipping method

We’re unable to cancel the order for you if you don’t have a customer account with us.

* Please make sure you enter the correct address, we can not be held accountable for orders that go missing due to incorrect address. We are not liable to refund/replace this order.
