- Item that is damaged
- A description of the defect
- Clear photo evidence
Please do not return any damaged goods unless advised by one of our support team members (it may slow down the process time).
If your parcel has been damaged during delivery, please contact us with a clear photo evidence.
You must lodge a claim for parcels that arrived damaged within 14 days from the delivery date.
Unfortunately we cannot action a refund, credit or replacement unless the proof is clear and can be verified by one of our support team members.
