Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide the following information so we can get you the right item in no time:
- Your order number (can be found in your order confirmation email)
- Name of item that you were supposed to receive
- Name of item that you received instead
- Clear photo of the item (with the logo)
Please note, to be eligible for a return, item must not have been used and be returned with all the original tags and packaging. Kindly refer to our Returns Policy for more information.
To avoid disappointment, as we do sell out of items quickly, we suggest to make a new purchase of the correct items/sizes online ASAP and send your original order back for a refund.
