We understand what it is like to shop online. That's why if you’re looking to return an order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We now offer free returns New Zealand wide within 14 days of receiving your order.
You can return your product for store credit or a different product.
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use and must be unwashed with no marks or damage
To initiate a return, simply flick us a message here with the following information:
- Your full name and email address
- Order number (you will have received with your order confirmation email)
- Name of the product
- Reason for return
- If returning a faulty item attach photos clearly showing the faulty area
We will review your request and let you know if you are eligible for a return.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our side (ie. a faulty or the wrong item) we will cover the cost of the shipping.
If you’re returning an item because it doesn’t fit, unfortunately we will not be able to cover the cost of the shipping. If you are unsure of what size you should order, feel free to use our sizing chart for guidance.
To avoid disappointment, as we do sell out of items quickly, we suggest you to make a new purchase of the correct items/sizes online ASAP and send your original order back for a refund. This means your correct items/sizes can be on their way even before we receive your return saving you time.
Refunds- Please note that we do not issue refunds on non-faulty items. Only in-store credit will be issued.
